Support
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Creaptor runs media workflows locally in your browser, so many issues are tied to browser support, available device memory, selected file types, or long-running processing jobs. Email is the public support path. If you opt in to optional analytics or diagnostics, the public site may also record limited technical telemetry that helps reproduce failures without collecting your file contents.
How to contact support
Email creatorflowfeedback@gmail.com to report a bug, describe a broken flow, or share another product issue. Your email app will open so you can review the message before sending it.
There is no ticket desk or live chat. When available, the anonymous Feedback form sends a message to this inbox; use email if you need a reply.
First checks before reporting a problem
Retry the workflow in a current desktop browser, especially for larger files or longer video operations.
If a job fails, try a smaller file, close other memory-heavy tabs, and confirm that the selected input format matches the route you are using.
Useful details to capture
Safe troubleshooting details include the route URL, browser name and version, operating system, whether the file was audio or video, the selected route, and the exact step that failed.
It can also help to note the approximate or exact file size, whether the issue happened on mobile or desktop, and whether the failure happened during file selection, processing, cancel, retry, or download.
What the site may already record
If you opt in to optional analytics or diagnostics, the public site may already record limited telemetry through Google Analytics 4 and Uptrace, such as tool or page context, browser family, conversion stage, file-size buckets, and technical error metadata.
That telemetry is designed not to include file contents or raw file names from your media workflow.
Privacy and safety reminder
Do not share private media files, raw file names, access tokens, or personal data when documenting a problem.
Prefer sanitized reproduction details over raw user media whenever possible, when you email support.
